Use a browser, a working internet connection, and an authorized staff account. Scan with a compatible phone camera over HTTPS, enter a code, or use a scanner that types into the code field. Every admission is confirmed online; offline check-in is not supported.
Yes. People records, relationships, tasks, forms, and talent bookings give your team a place to keep working between events. Profiles stay connected to the work your organization is allowed to see; unrelated organizations do not gain access to your records.
Yes. Each organization keeps its own events and guest records. Defined roles control work within each organization; explicit descendant grants let coordinators support the branches they are assigned. Being a parent organization does not automatically open child workspaces.
