Let local teams lead.

Give each organization its own events and guest records, with defined roles for the people doing the work.

Connect the right people.

Grant coordinators access to the branches they support. A parent relationship alone never opens another workspace.

Is Turnstile right for your event?

A practical look at guest tickets, sharing passes, and getting your team ready for arrivals.

What kinds of tickets can we issue?

Issue named passes yourself or open registration for selected ticket types. Manage capacity, orders, packages, and waitlists alongside your guest records. Paid tickets use your organization’s connected Stripe account once payments are enabled.

How do guests get their passes?

Registered attendees keep their tickets in their own Turnstile account. Your team can also share a claim link for an eligible issued pass, print it, or save a PDF. Wallet passes are available when wallet delivery is enabled. Automatic ticket emails are not included.

What does our team need at the entrance?

Use a browser, a working internet connection, and an authorized staff account. Scan with a compatible phone camera over HTTPS, enter a code, or use a scanner that types into the code field. Every admission is confirmed online; offline check-in is not supported.

Can we use Turnstile between events?

Yes. People records, relationships, tasks, forms, and talent bookings give your team a place to keep working between events. Profiles stay connected to the work your organization is allowed to see; unrelated organizations do not gain access to your records.

Can several local teams use Turnstile together?

Yes. Each organization keeps its own events and guest records. Defined roles control work within each organization; explicit descendant grants let coordinators support the branches they are assigned. Being a parent organization does not automatically open child workspaces.
