Keep the talent and the booking together.

Give agents and coordinators one place for the roster, the relationship and the next engagement. Carry the details from the first inquiry through to the agreed plan.

A roster with the relationships still attached.

Keep talent profiles useful to the people arranging the work. Add specialties, organize rosters and record who represents whom, alongside the people and companies already in your workspace.

Profiles & rosters
Find the people suited to an opportunity with named specialties and intentional roster groupings.
Representation in context
See the representative, company, role and dates of the relationship. Self-managed talent can be part of the same workspace.
Availability that matters
Keep unavailable dates, active holds and confirmed commitments close to the person you are booking.

Know where every conversation stands.

Start with a brief, dates, timezone and contact. Keep the inquiry, next follow-up and booking decision together as your team moves the engagement forward.

  1. Review the inquiry

Understand the request and its schedule before your team makes a commitment.

  2. Hold the date

Check availability and place a time-limited hold. Existing commitments stay visible.

  3. Confirm the plan

Confirm the engagement after a fresh availability check, with the decision recorded.

  4. Keep the history

Complete the engagement after it ends, or record a cancellation when plans change.

A confirmed booking records your agency’s decision. Agreements, signatures and any payment remain separate steps.

The agreement belongs with the engagement.

Prepare booking or representation agreements in Turnstile. Write the terms your parties have agreed, name the people signing and review the exact version before sending.

Each prepared revision keeps its history. Recipients use their own verified account to access agreements addressed to them, and completed signing records remain available with the agreement.

Embedded e-signing and signed document delivery require a configured signing service. We’ll help you plan that setup; preparing and reviewing agreements lives in Turnstile.

Built around your agency’s decisions.

Can different agencies keep their work separate?

Yes. Talent records, rosters, inquiries and agreements belong to their organization. Colleagues need a direct role or an explicit grant to work across a parent and its child organizations. Being someone’s representative does not automatically grant workspace access.

What happens when two bookings need the same date?

Active holds and confirmed engagements are checked for overlapping times, alongside unavailable and tentative availability windows. A hold has an expiry, and confirmation checks availability again. Expired holds stop blocking the date but need renewed review before confirmation.

Is electronic signing available?

Turnstile includes the native agreement workspace and an embedded signing integration with DocuSeal. Signing requires a configured, licensed connection and setup testing. Once enabled, the addressed recipient signs inside the Turnstile experience; completed agreement and audit PDFs are retained. Provider licensing is separate.

Are agreement templates or legal terms supplied?

The workspace supports booking and representation agreements, structured sections and two to six recipients. Your team supplies its terms. Turnstile does not generate legal advice or claim that a booking confirmation is a signed agreement.

Does this handle commissions or pay talent?

The current talent workflow manages profiles, representation, rosters, availability, inquiries and agreements. Commission accounting, payroll and automated talent payouts are not included.
