Yes. A published form’s introduction can be viewed before sign-in. To submit answers, respondents sign in, verify their email and complete multi-factor authentication. Anonymous submissions are not part of the current form experience.
The form collects answers for its linked event and offers a path to that event’s registration after submission. Ticket selection and any payment happen in registration. Submitting a form does not issue a ticket, reserve admission or make the form a required checkout step.
For intake, you can map name, email, phone and biography when creating a person. Other questions stay as typed answers on the response. A reviewed link makes that response available from the person’s record; it does not silently overwrite an existing profile.
Yes. Work on the draft and publish a new version when you are ready. Earlier responses keep their original questions. Closing the form stops new submissions while retaining its history.
The current builder supports a clear sequence of native fields, choices, required answers and themes. Conditional branching, hidden questions and automatic response-invitation emails are not included.
