Know the person behind the next interaction.

A name on a guest list is only the beginning. Keep relationships, conversations and follow-up close to the people your team works with.

People come with a whole world of context.

A company they work with. A household they belong to. Someone who represents them. Bring those connections into the record, so your team can understand the relationship before reaching out.

Companies & contacts
Connect people to the organizations they work with and keep the right contact close to the account.
Households & relationships
Understand family, household and other explicitly recorded connections without reconstructing them from notes.
Representation & roles
Record who represents whom and how they work together. Relationship details stay separate from permission to use the workspace.

Find the connection. Pick up the work.

Search across the people, events and talent your role allows you to see. Open a person’s record for contact details, tags, linked activity and the next thing that needs attention.

Follow-up tasks give the work an owner. Permission-controlled notes keep sensitive context with the colleagues who should see it.

Looking beyond an exact phrase? Optional meaning-based search can surface related results when enabled for your workspace.

A growing database should get easier to work with.

Collect new details through intake forms, then review the suggested person before creating or linking a record. Your team decides what belongs together.

When details need attention, a dedicated data-quality view helps you find missing information and possible duplicates. Make deliberate corrections and export the records your role permits.

A few things worth knowing about your people data.

Is this shared across every organization?

Each organization keeps its own people records. A colleague can work across organizations only through the access they have been explicitly granted. Parent-child relationships alone do not open another organization’s records.

Does Turnstile merge duplicate people automatically?

No. Exact name, email or phone matches help your team find possible connections. A person can share an email or phone with someone else. Review tools support deliberate edits, archiving and form-response linking; they do not silently merge or overwrite records.

Can forms add fields to a person’s profile?

Intake can map a name, email, phone and biography when you create a person. Custom questions remain typed answers attached to the reviewed form response. Linking a response to an existing person does not overwrite their details or create arbitrary new profile fields.

Is a CRM record the same as someone’s Turnstile account?

They are separate. Your organization’s contact record does not give someone an account or access, and matching email addresses do not join them. Personal profile sharing and any supported account connection are deliberate choices.
