Effective September 11, 2026. These terms cover the Turnstile marketing website.
About these terms
Doorstop, Inc. provides Turnstile and operates this marketing website. These Website Terms cover its product information, company pages, guides, and related resources.
Personal account use is addressed in the Attendee and User Terms. A business subscription is governed by the Customer Agreement and documents identified in an accepted Order Form. Event purchases have their own purchase review and applicable organizer terms. Browsing this website, reading a document, or contacting us does not enter into any of those transactions or amend an existing agreement.
Product information and resources
The website describes Turnstile’s features and the setup needed to use them. Availability can depend on your organization’s agreement, permissions, configuration, and the providers involved. A product page or guide is not a price quotation, implementation commitment, or service-level agreement.
We may update information and correct errors as the product changes. Check the applicable agreement or purchase review before making a transaction. Contact us if information appears inaccurate or if you need confirmation that a capability is available for your intended use.
Guides explain product workflows. They do not replace an organizer’s event information or professional legal, financial, security, or other advice for your circumstances.
Using the website
You may browse the website, use its contact features, and use resources made available for that purpose. Doorstop and its licensors retain their rights in the software, branding, photographs, and other website content. Access does not give you ownership of that content, a right to distribute Turnstile software, or permission to imply our endorsement. Rights expressly granted with a resource and uses permitted by law remain available.
Do not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, evade access controls, or attempt to obtain nonpublic information without authorization. The Acceptable Use Policy provides additional standards for the Turnstile service. We may limit website access to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
Contact features and external links
Our Privacy Notice and Cookies and Local Storage notice explain relevant information practices. Some contact links open your email application; the message is sent only when you choose to send it. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment-card security codes, or unrelated sensitive records in an inquiry.
The website may link to independent providers and resources. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee a provider’s availability or performance, or make its statements our own.
Your rights and questions
Delaware law governs these Website Terms, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a contractual liability cap.
For a question, concern, or notice about this website, email legal@turnstileos.com or write to Doorstop, Inc., 1111b South Governors Ave, Ste 96313, Dover, DE 19904. Identify the page and issue so we can review it.
Changes to these terms
We will identify the version and effective date when these Website Terms change. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or communicated through an appropriate additional notice. A new website version does not retroactively change a completed purchase or an agreement that has its own amendment process.
